Shipping Policy

At SippiDrink, we keep this simple and honest: here's exactly what happens after you order, and when to expect your pouch.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 48–72 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and holidays). During launch periods, restocks, or major sales, processing may take slightly longer — if so, we'll tell you rather than leave you guessing.

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your package leaves the warehouse.

Delivery Timeframes (United States)

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days, depending on your location and carrier service in your area.

A note on honesty: tracking estimates from carriers are estimates, not promises. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, reach out and we'll chase it down for you.

Subscription Orders

If you're on a SippiDrink subscription, your renewal orders ship automatically on your billing cycle so you never run out mid-routine. You'll receive a reminder email before each renewal, and you can pause, skip, or adjust your delivery date anytime through your account page or by emailing support@sippidrink.com.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Please note:

  • International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing, and may take longer than domestic orders.
  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by their country.
  • Some countries restrict the import of dietary supplements. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that the product may be lawfully imported to the destination country. Orders refused or returned by customs are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

Product Care on Arrival

SippiDrink packets are shelf-stable and ship safely year-round — no refrigeration needed in transit. Once your order arrives, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

If your package arrives damaged, leaking, or with a compromised seal, do not consume the product — take a photo and contact us right away. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund per our Return & Refund Policy.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated window or marked as delivered but missing, contact us promptly at support@sippidrink.com. We'll assist with carrier tracing and claims. Please also see the "Delivered Packages" section of our Return & Refund Policy.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible — we can usually correct an address before the order ships, but we cannot reroute a package once it's with the carrier. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be reshipped at the customer's expense.
