Orders & Shipping
How long will it take for my order to arrive? Once your payment is confirmed, orders typically take 48–72 hours to process. After processing, delivery within the USA typically takes 7–12 business days. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Do you charge for shipping or add any extra fees? The price you see is the price you pay — no hidden fees, ever. We offer free tracked shipping on orders over $50 USD. International customers may be responsible for import duties or taxes assessed by their own country (see our Shipping Policy).
Do you offer expedited shipping? Yes. All orders ship with USPS Standard Shipping by default, and you can upgrade to USPS Priority Shipping at checkout for a small additional fee.
I haven't received a tracking number. How can I track my order? Once your order is processed and shipped, we'll email you a tracking number — you can enter it on our Track Order page. Note that tracking can take 24–48 hours to activate after the shipping email. If it's been longer than that, email us at support@sippidrink.com with your order number and we'll get you sorted.
Can I change or cancel my order? Yes — contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we can change or cancel it at no cost. Once your order has shipped, it falls under our standard Return & Refund Policy.
Where do you ship from? All orders ship from our fulfillment center in the United States.
