At SippiDrink, we stand behind every pouch we ship. Real doses, real testing — and a straightforward policy to match. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (First Purchase)

We get it: trying a new supplement is a leap of faith. That's why your first purchase of SippiDrink is covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee — even if you've opened and used the product.

If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us at support@sippidrink.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. No hoops, no fine print.

A few honest ground rules:

  • The guarantee applies to your first order of a given product, limited to one pouch/unit per product per customer or household.
  • We may ask a few questions about your experience — not to argue with you, but because your feedback genuinely helps us improve.
  • Because opened consumable products cannot be restocked or resold, we will typically ask you to keep, donate, or dispose of the product rather than return it.
  • Refunds under this guarantee cover the product price; original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Standard Returns (Unopened Products)

Beyond the first-purchase guarantee, we accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be:

  • Unopened, with the factory seal fully intact
  • In its original, undamaged packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

For your safety and ours: because SippiDrink is a consumable product, we cannot accept returns of any pouch that has been opened, unsealed, or tampered with outside of the first-purchase satisfaction guarantee described above. Returned products are never restocked or resold.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@sippidrink.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item is defective (e.g., compromised seal, manufacturing fault)
  • The wrong item or flavor was received

In these cases, SippiDrink will cover the return shipping costs (if a return is required at all) and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate. In most cases involving damaged or defective consumables, we will not require the product to be shipped back — we may simply ask for photos.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if:

  • The pouch or packets arrived damaged or leaking
  • The seal is broken or appears tampered with
  • The product is past its expiration date
  • You received the wrong product, flavor, or quantity

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request photos of the item, the lot number, and the packaging. Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate. Do not consume any product whose seal appears broken or compromised.

Subscriptions

If you're on a SippiDrink subscription:

  • You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date through your account page or by emailing support@sippidrink.com.
  • Cancellations take effect for the next billing cycle. Orders that have already been processed and shipped are subject to the standard return policy above.
  • The first-purchase satisfaction guarantee applies to your first subscription shipment just as it does to one-time purchases.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside of the United States, return shipping costs may be substantial and can exceed the value of the merchandise. Additionally, many countries restrict the re-importation of consumable goods.

As a result, SippiDrink reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer one of the following resolutions instead of requiring the product to be returned:

  • A partial refund
  • A full refund
  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • A keep-the-item resolution

If a return is approved and a return shipment is required, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs fees, and any other associated charges unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For international orders, SippiDrink may determine that returning the merchandise is impractical due to shipping costs, customs requirements, or import restrictions on consumables. In such cases, customers may be instructed to keep, donate, or dispose of the merchandise while receiving an alternative resolution at our discretion.

Nothing in this policy affects any rights that consumers may have under applicable local laws.

European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

Please note: under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. This means opened or unsealed SippiDrink products are excluded from the 14-day withdrawal right — however, your first purchase remains covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee described above, which is more generous than the statutory minimum.

To exercise the withdrawal right, the product must be unopened with the factory seal intact, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund (outside of the first-purchase satisfaction guarantee, where applicable):

  • Opened or unsealed products
  • Products with broken or missing factory seals (unless received that way)
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Free promotional items or samples
  • Bundles where individual components have been opened (the opened components are non-returnable; contact us about partial resolutions)

Delivered Packages

If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier but you believe you did not receive it, please contact us promptly. While we will gladly assist in locating the package and filing carrier claims where applicable, orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier are generally not eligible for refund due to loss, theft, or misplacement after delivery.

Refunds

Once your refund request has been reviewed (and, for standard returns, once your return has been received and inspected), we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Refund processing may take up to 10 business days after approval
  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact support@sippidrink.com.

Excessive Returns & Guarantee Abuse

Our satisfaction guarantee exists because we trust our customers — and we ask for the same in return. SippiDrink reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or guarantee claims from customers who exhibit excessive return activity, repeated guarantee claims across orders or accounts, or other suspected abuse of this policy.
